Without any support for iPhones, the device will generate alot of noise when an iPhone is docked to the system without the airplane mode switched on. There is also no support for USB playback or recording, which can be found on the FX300i's equally new cousin, the FX200, which focuses on USB playback. Compared to its older siblings, the FX300i offers a surprisingly fuller sound, and this is... I compared with Panasonic this is far better than that Affordable Price Cons: iPhone connectivity - it works thought it does mention it is not compatible. It switches it to Airplane mode - I have not tried any further Though the specs says other mp3 players can be connected through USB - there is no USB port for connecting - even [...] site does mention about USB CD if you stop and start it starts from the first song - bit annoying as even the car cd players do start from where it was stopped earlier. I did choose this for its sound quality - it is small and gives a small hometheater effect. Could have been more smaller .. I would have give a 5 if I am able to connect USB drives as it is mentioned in the specs.... rest GREAT - I'm enjoying the music. |
