(Read Review), Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Onkyo UWF-1 Wireless LAN Adapter (Electronics) I ordered this in conjunction with the wireless adapter for my LG television, and attempted to hook it up last night. My television was able to stream netflix/vudu at full 1080p, however, this Onkyo wireless adapter wouldn't even connect because the signal apparently was too low, despite fully upgrading the firmware.I hooked this up to my desktop, and it registered it as having the Atheros AR9271 Chipset, so I found another Wireless USB with an external gain antenna. The manual clearly states that if your device is close to or around other wireless devices (laptop, roku, PS3, XBOX, Wii, ect.) that you may not get a good signal. There is a very easy solution to this and that is to change the channel on which your wifi is operating. This can be done in your router setup (you might even have to read another manual for that if you are unfamiliar with networking equiptment) and it's pretty easy to do on a computer. Try a few different channels to see which give the best signal in your environment, happy listening to all! And before you go giving such an awesome product a 1-star review make sure you know what you are doing first don't just assume its the product and not you ;) 13 of 13 people found the following review helpful: Does what its supposed to do., By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Onkyo UWF-1 Wireless LAN Adapter (Electronics) So i read the manual, plugged it in, used my router passwords and started listening to internet radio.
